2020 has become the year of arrangement and implementation of jobs within the industry-specific project (integration of project cost accounting in the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom) in the engineering division. The project is purposed for organization and methodological support of project cost accounting to be integrated in those companies, which are linked with pilot projects of TCM NC program.
In the previous year all efforts within the project were bent to improve ERP-system of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom in order to determine accounting data flows. Those data flows shall prove implementation of the TCM NC system within erection of KURSK NPP-2 in the analytics context.
This year has involved the ERP-system (the project information management system referring to capital construction) of JSC EC «ASE» and its improving in the context of project cost accounting.
Headed by the chief accountant of Atomstroyexport Ms Elena Samogorod’skaya and supported by the accounting department of the State Corporation, there was implemented tremendous job linked to both additional technical solutions of the project information management system referring to capital construction and challengeable reorganization and updating of business processes. Thorough adjustment of relations between projects’ directions and sub-divisions of JSC EC «ASE», which are involved into erection of NPPs, was related to distribution of liabilities for key data flows, their formation, control, and handover into the information management system. Professionals, employed by Atomstroyexport, CEMCP, State Corporation sub-divisions, and Greenatom JSC, have contributed actively in implementation of this job.
The result of combined efforts has led to the industry solution based on the project information management system referring to capital construction (SAP S/4 HANA), which is now almost ready for replication and is going to ensure management of key events, contracts, and their modifications within realization of foreign NPP erection projects followed after EPC contracts with consideration of TCM NC system requirements.
Final ready-made solution was demonstrated in the presence of chief accountants employed by Rosenergoatom JSC, and REIN JSC, while the role of the chief inspector was taken by the chief accountant of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Ms Victoria Andrienko. Her high score and vectoring to further steps related to replication of the advanced solution, developed for other foreign projects including those related to the BOO layout, have allowed estimating this job as finished and sufficient within the entire industry.
Considering the importance of this solution within nuclear industry, TCM NC program director Mr Gennady Sakharov has addressed the letter of appreciation to Ms Victoria Andrienko.
